Even though it’s rare, a business does sometimes cancel your planned mission.
We understand that this can have an impact on your schedule and revenue, so you can now charge a cancellation fee when they cancel last minute.
- If the Business cancels your mission the day before, you will receive 25% of the original planned payment for day 1
- If the Business cancels your mission the same day, you will receive 50% of the original planned payment for day 1, and if the mission was for longer than 1 day, then you will also receive 25% of the original planned payment for day 2
The above rules may not apply in some cases
If one of your missions is cancelled late, you will be able to see on your invoice if a cancellation fee was eventually applied and returned to you.
