Access my schedule
To access your schedule, log in to your account and click on the “Manage my schedule” button on the home screen. You can also access your schedule from “My account” > “My availability”.
By default, your schedule is displayed on today's date.
Days with at least one event are indicated using dots:
By clicking on a date, you can display the events planned for that day and you can navigate through the upcoming months using the arrows.
Mark yourself as unavailable
To mark yourself as unavailable on a specific day, go to your schedule.
Once on your schedule, enter the start date of your unavailability, then click on “Add unavailability”.
If necessary, you can enter a start and end date for the unavailability, as well as hours or a full day.
Update or delete an unavailability
To modify or delete an unavailability, go to your schedule.
Once on your schedule, go to the date on which the unavailability occurs, click on the event and then on “Update”.
You can update the title of the event, its dates and times, or simply delete it.
If it is a recurring unavailability, you can choose to update or delete only the selected one, or all those to come.
Put your account on stand-by
Do you no longer wish to receive proposals for a certain time?
You can simply pause your account.
To do this, log in to your account and go to the “My account” > “My availability” section.
Then choose the “Pause my account” menu.
You will then have to select the reason why you want to pause your account, as well as an end date (if you wish).
