Manage my schedule

The Brigad application gives you the opportunity to manage your own personalised schedule.

This personalised schedule allows you to see your upcoming missions and any unavailabilities you may have added.

This article explains how to use this tool.

Access my schedule

Your schedule displays any upcoming missions you have accepted or events.

Here is how you can access your schedule:

  1. Log in to your account and click “Manage my schedule” on the home screen.

  2. You can also access your schedule by clicking on your profile photo > Settings (⚙️) > “My availabilities” > “Manage my schedule”

By default, your schedule is displayed on today's date. By clicking on a specific date, you can view the event planned for that day.

What do the coloured dot mean on the dates in my schedule?

  • a blue dot indicates an unavailability

  • a red dot indicates a Brigad mission

You can view upcoming months by clicking on the arrows.


Mark yourself as unavailable

We understand that having a flexible schedule that allows you to add your personal event in the Brigad application is important.

This is why you can choose to mark yourself as unavailable easily.

What does it mean to be “unavailable”

When your are marked as unavailable on the Brigad application, the propositions of missions for the dates and times you are unavailable are paused.

Add an unavailability

Adding an unavailability in your schedule is simple.

  1. Click on your schedule

  2. Select the date you are not available

  3. Click "add unavailability"

    1. You can update the title of the event

    2. Unavailable for an entire day?Toggle the “All day” option

    3. Partial Unavailability? Enter in the beginning and end time of your unavailability in the fields provided.

You can select the frequency of your unavailability. For example, you can choose if you want this to be repeated every day or every week.

Update or delete an unavailability

To update or remove an unavailability, you can do so directly from your schedule in the Brigad application.

How to do this:

  1. Click on your schedule

  2. Click on the date you wish to edit and click "update"

If it is a recurring unavailability, you can choose to update or delete the selected one only, or all those to come.

Pause my account

Do you no longer wish to receive proposals for a certain time? You can pause receiving mission propositions to your account.

I am not available

Follow the steps below if you are unavailable:

  1. Select your profile photo

  2. Select “Settings” (⚙️)

  3. “My availabilities”

  4. “Put my account on hold”

  5. Select “I’m unavailable” > choose the reason best suited and enter in the date when you are once again available

  6. Click “Save modifications”

I am available again

If you are, once again, available to accept propositions of missions through the Brigad application, here is to set yourself as available again:

  1. Login to your Brigad application

  2. Select the banner “ Update your availabilities”

  3. Click “I’m available”

  4. Press “Save modifications”
