Our service fees are changing in favour of a fairer, more coherent model — and with no impact on the cost of missions for you.
Brigad’s service fees have only been invoiced to talents so far.
Starting 15th November, service fees will be shared between talents and businesses, better reflecting the fact that both benefit from Brigad’s services.
And this will be at no extra cost to either businesses or talents.
What this looks like in practice?
In practice, the total cost for a mission doesn’t change. Here’s why:
- Previously, the talent’s invoice included all of Brigad’s service fees
- With shared service fees, you’ll receive a slightly lower invoice from the talent, and a second invoice directly from Brigad for your share of the service fees.
For example, for a total mission cost of £ 110 (excl. VAT), you currently receive an invoice from the talent for £ 110 (excl. VAT). From 1st November, you’ll receive an invoice from the talent for £ 100 (excl. VAT), and an invoice from Brigad for £ 10.
Does this change anything for talents?
No, there’s no major change for talents either. Mission propositions are still calculated on the same baseline, attracting motivated talents to the Brigad community.
What changes for your accounting?
For each mission you’ll receive 2 invoices:
- The talent’s invoice
- Brigad’s invoice for your share of the service fees
Depending on your payment settings, you’ll receive the service fees invoice after each mission or monthly.
