Brigad’s service fees have only been invoiced to talents so far.
Starting 15th November, service fees will be shared between talents and businesses, better reflecting the fact that both benefit from Brigad’s services.
And this will be at no extra cost to either businesses or talents.
What this looks like in practice?
In practice, the amount you receive for a mission will remain the same:
- The business will be charged part of the service fees directly, so the amount you invoice will go down slightly.
- However, once your share of the service fees has been deducted, your earnings remain the same.
For example, for a mission with a total cost of £ 110 (excl. VAT), you currently invoice £ 110 (excl. VAT) and receive £ 87.1 (excl. VAT). From 1st November, you’ll invoice £ 100 (excl. VAT) and still receive £ 87.1 (excl. VAT).
(All amounts are excluding tax).
Impact of the changes in service fees
Will businesses have to pay more?
No. The total cost of a mission remains the same. The only difference for businesses is that they receive 2 invoices instead of 1 — one from you and one from Brigad.
