How to withdraw from a mission ?
Before you accept a mission, always check your availabilities and make sure you can get to the site on time. When you accept a mission, you are making a commitment to the business.

Withdrawal conditions in case of withdrawal less than 24 hours before the mission starts or if you don't attend :

No other withdrawal within the last 30 days
|
Another withdrawal within the last 30 days
|

Withdrawing from a mission more than 24 hours before the mission will have no impact on your account.

The business canceled my mission, what happens now ?
Although rare, it is possible for businesses to cancel a mission you have accepted. Recognizing that this may impact your organization and your income, if you have accepted a mission for more than 48 hours and the business cancels it less than 2 days before it begins, you will be charged the following cancellation fees:

What to do in case of problems during a mission?
A simple discussion can help the understanding of your problem and find a solution with the on-site management, the goal being to ensure the mission goes smoothly for both you and the business. If you still cannot resolve the situation, send us a message through assistance on the homepage on your mobile app detailing the situation at hand. Our team will be happy to help you find a solution. An emergency button is present in your application on the page of an ongoing mission. Be careful! This button may be used only in extremely serious situations, such as requiring immediate police intervention or a safety issue. This button is available for you to immediately report cases of serious incidents or dangerous situations. It is present in your application, in the "Missions" tab, by clicking on the current mission. Here, you will see the "Security Alert" button. |
