How to set up your account?
Once logged in, set up your account.

1. Notifications
From the home screen, turn notifications on to receive mission propositions.
Most missions are accepted in less than 30 minutes. Make sure not to miss any opportunity by turning on your notifications.

2. Documents and bank account details
- At the top left of the home screen, click your profile picture
- Click on "Configure my account"
- To add a document, select "My documents"

To add or edit your profile picture, contact our team through the Assistance.
- To add your IBAN, select "Bank account details" then fill in the information and save.

3. Unavailabilities
By default, you are available on the app and receive all missions propositions.
On the home screen, click on "Update my unavailabilities"

Temporary unavailability
- Click on "I'm unavailable"
- Select a reason and add the date on which you are available again
- Click on "Save modifications"
On this date, the sending of propositions of missions will be automatically reactivated.

Recurring unavailability
- Select the days or hours on which you are not available (will appear in red)
- Click on "Save modifications"
With no change on your side, recurring unavailabilities apply for each week.

4. Self-employed status
You can start accepting missions whilst you are waiting for your UTR number.
As soon as you receive it, open the app.
- At the top left of the home screen, click on your profile picture
- Click on "Configure my account" and then on "Self-employed status"
You need to be registered as self-employed sole trader to use Brigad
- Fill in all the informations including your UTR number
Tick the box "I am not registered for VAT" if you are in this case. To know whether you are registered or not, please take time to read your country's VAT guidelines.

To contact our team or access the FAQs, open the Brigad app.

- From the top right corner of the home screen, click on the chat bubble.
- Click on the question mark to read help articles
- Click on the pencil to contact our team and write a message

How to edit mission preferences?
 |
You can update your preferences to specify the type of missions you wish to receive.
From the home screen, click on "Update my mission preferences".

1. Jobs & businesses types
Jobs and businesses types displayed are those added to your profile when you signed up.
- For each job, select or unselect the type of businesses to enable or disable the sending of missions propositions
- Click on "Save modifications"
To add jobs or businesses types, contact our team through the Assistance.

2. Services
Only available only if you have a healthcare job added to your profile.
Services displayed are those added to your profile when you signed up.
- Select or unselect the services to enable or disable the sending of missions propositions
- Click on "Save modifications"
To add services, contact our team through the Assistance.

3. Distance & travel time
Transport preferences are calculated from your address.
You will receive missions propositions from businesses for which you are able to travel.
- Select "Distance" to set the maximum travel distance
OR
- Select "Travel Time" and specify the maximum travel time by mean of transportation
- Click on "Save modifications"

4. Hours
Select one of the following 3 options to:
- "At any time" : receive all missions propositions
- "La journée" : receive missions that take place between 06h00 in the morning and midnight
- "La nuit" : receive missions that finish after midnight or start before 6h00 in the morning

5. Vehicle & licence
Some missions require a driver's license as well as a vehicle.
- "Driving licence" : state whether or not you have a driver's license
- "Vehicle" : state whether or not you have a vehicle
