How to provide feedback after a mission?

When a mission is completed, you have the ability to provide feedback on how it went.
These feedback is very important, it allows you to indicate whether or not you want to work again with a Talent, and if their skills and behavior were up to your expectations .
It’s therefore strongly recommended to give feedback on a completed mission.

How to add a Talent to the whitelist?
|
If you enjoyed working with a Talent, you can add them to your favorites list so that they receive your next mission proposals as a priority.

- Go to the "List" tab
- Click on the heart located in the bottom right of the profile photo concerned
Please note that the Talent will be added to your favorites only for the job concerned by the mission from which you add them.

If you no longer wish for a professional to be on your favorites list, you can simply un-click the heart associated with the profile.

How to propose a mission to a favorite Talent?
|
Once a professional has been added to your favorites, you can create a mission and send it to them as a priority.

- Create your mission from the "New mission" tab
- In the "Select priority professionals" step, select the Talent you want to propose this mission to first
|

Then choose whether the mission is exclusively sent to this profile, or if you want it to be sent to other professionals.
To do this, you can check the box "Cancel the mission if the professional is not available" located at the end of your priority professional list.

In some cases, a professional may be indicated as unavailable.
This may be due to one of the following reasons:
- They no longer wish to work with your establishment
- They have already accepted another mission that coincides with yours on one or more days
- Their account has been deactivated by our services: they can no longer receive missions (temporarily or permanently).
