How to report an absence?
Although this remains an exceptional situation, it may happen that professionals face emergencies and cannot attend a mission.
|You must report the absence on your Brigad account as soon as possible so that the appropriate actions can be taken immediately.
| Mission modifications must be made within 72 hours after the end of the mission.After this time, the payment will have been sent to the professional and no modifications will be possible.
How to make an adjustment request?
All adjustment requests must be made within 72 hours at the end of a mission. After this time, the mission is invoiced and no changes can be made.
If you need to make an adjustment request, simply open the details of the desired mission.
You can view all pending adjustment requests from professionals in the "Duration modifications" tab. Click on "Check" to finalise these adjustments.
