Why should I give feedback to a business?

It is important to provide feedback to a business once your mission is over, as it helps refine the businesses you are matched with in future AND gives the business points of reflection to improve.

The feedback system is as follows:

- 1, 2 or 3 stars: the mission didn’t go well and you don’t wish to work with this business anymore.
- 4 or 5 stars: the mission went very well and you would be delighted to work with this business again.

You can input your review from your “My missions” tab in your Talent account. For any given mission, click on “Feedback”: you can rate the mission and leave a comment.
