Each customer account is linked to a unique phone number: in order to make communications easier, it is important to centralise the Brigader requests as much as possible and to have a privileged point of contact.
However, if multiple managers are likely to make requests and create shifts, you can give us the different phone numbers, the first and last names as well as their title/role in your business.
When placing new shifts, they'll need to:
- by text message: say who they are (name and venue) and tell us who we should send the price confirmation to (to them or to the person in charge of the account?)
- directly on the platform: tell us who we should send the price confirmation to (to them or to the person in charge of the account?)
