It can happen that you need a Talent for a longer period than the initially agreed schedule. If a Talent has worked overtime during a mission, you can very simply declare these hours:
- Log into your account and go to the “Missions” tab.
- Select the mission in question and click on the arrow on the right, which will turn orange and will pull down the mission.
- In the lower-left corner, click on “Report a delay or overtime”
- Follow the various steps and add overtime: the request will be processed by our teams and will appear on your account within three days.
Important: you must declare your Talent’s overtime within 72 hours after the end of the mission, or else it will be too late! The invoice will be updated with the new hours.
In case the Talent declares overtime, we’ll systematically ask for your confirmation.
