Whether you wish to extend a mission or report a late arrival, Brigad simplifies this action with an ultra-fast validation system directly on site between the manager and the professional.

This means that you benefit from a smooth and transparent management of working hours!


On-site validation: fast and efficient!

You and the on-site manager agree on a schedule modification directly on site. You can validate everything in just a few steps through your Brigad app!

  1. You adjust the mission duration live in the app

  2. You chose the name of the on-site manager in the list (they must have a Brigad account)

  3. The manager receives a validation code by text and by email and shares it with you

  4. You enter this code in your Brigad app - the modification is instantaneously validated.


Your step by step guide

You are still on the mission site and a manager is available

  1. Open the app and go to the "Missions" tab

  2. Select the relevant mission

  3. In the “Schedule” tab, click on “Modify my hours"

  4. Adjust the hours and add a reason if necessary

  5. Click on "Submit the modification"

  6. Indicate if a manager is present on site and confirm

  7. Choose their name from the list and click "Confirm the manager"

  8. Enter the code the supervisor received by SMS or email

  9. Click on "Validate the code" to finalise the modification


You are no longer on site and a manager was not available

If you have left the mission site or no supervisor was available, you have 72 hours after the end of the mission to request an adjustment.

  1. Open the app and go to the "Missions" tab

  2. Within the “Schedule” tab, select the relevant mission

  3. Click on "Modify my hours"

  4. Adjust the hours and add a reason if necessary

  5. Click on "Submit the modification"

  6. Answer "no" to the question about the presence of a supervisor

  7. Click on "View my mission"

💡 The request will be submitted to the organization for validation, and they will have 72 hours to respond. If there is no response, the adjustment will be automatically accepted.

❗️Don't forget to submit your duration adjustment request within 72 hours of the end of the mission - you will not be able to submit anything after this time !
