Duration adjustment
Updated over 3 months ago

Whether you wish to extend a mission or report a late arrival, Brigad simplifies this action with an ultra-fast validation system directly on site between the manager and the professional.

This means that you benefit from a smooth and transparent management of working hours!

On-site validation: fast and efficient!

The on-site manager and the professional agree on a schedule modification directly on site. They validate everything in just a few steps through the Brigad app!

  1. The professional adjusts the mission duration live in the app.

  2. They chose the name of the on-site manager, who must have a Brigad account.

  3. The manager receives a validation code by text and by email and shares it with the professional.

  4. The professional enters this code: the modification is instantaneous, and everything is recorded! The mission is therefore validated.

As a manager, you have 72 hours after the end of the mission to propose a duration adjustment.

Here’s how to do it from your Brigad account:

  • Select “Schedule” (from the menu tab in your app)

  • Click on the relevant mission to access the details

  • Select "Modify the duration"

  • Make the necessary adjustments

  • Submit the modification

The professional then has 72 hours to validate the proposed modification. If they don’t, then the modification is directly approved.

In summary, here are the advantages of using the code validation

Real time validation without having to wait until the end of the mission

Total transparency on actual working hours

Improved communication between the professionnal and yourself

Stress-free: you have up to 72 hours to validate or refuse the modification entered by the talent if no manager is on site.
