How to edit your personal account settings on your business account?

To modify your account information, you'll need to:

  1. Log into your account.

  2. Click on "Access control" at the bottom left of your screen below your name.

  3. Click on the section you want to modify.

  4. Make your modifications and save.

Add a new collaborator

Important: the following content is intended for business account administrators

How to add a collaborator to my business account?

  1. Log into your account

  2. Click on "Access control" in the "Sites" section

  3. Click on "Add a collaborator"

  4. Enter the address of the colleague you want to give access to.

  5. Add the requested information and select the collaborator's role.

  6. Click "Next" and fill in all required information then click save. The invitation is then emailed to your collaborator!

Change a collaborator's access

Important: the following content is intended for business account administrators

If you need to change or remove another collaborator's access, there are 3 buttons next to the collaborator's email address which can modify their access to your Brigad business account:

Button 1: To resend a collaborator's email invitation, click the "Resend" button. This option only appears if the collaborator has not accepted the invitation.

Button 2: To review and edit what actions a collaborator's profile can perform, click on the pencil next to their email address. For example, you can change if your colleague can do actions like create a mission or download an invoice.

Button 3: To remove a collaborator's invitation, click on the rubbish or garbage bin next to their email address.

How to create another business site on my account?


If you want to add another branch or a new site that's part of your business group, you can add an additional restaurant, bar or hotel to your existing Brigad business account. This means that you can manage missions for multiple sites all from one business account.

Don't worry, you do not need to create a new, separate Brigad account for each site.

Here is how to add a new site to your Brigad business account:

  1. Click on "Add a site" in the "Sites" section

  2. Fill in all the required information and don't forget to save.

Now your new site post missions and receive the help of self-employed hospitality professionals.
