How to log in?

  1. Open the Brigad app and click "sign in"

  2. Enter your phone number used during registration and click on "Continue"

  3. A verification code is sent to you via SMS (this should be added automatically, if not then fill out manually)

  4. You're logged in!

How to set up your account?

Once logged in, set up your account.

1. Notifications

From the home screen, turn notifications on to receive mission propositions. Most missions are accepted in less than 30 minutes, so make sure not to miss any opportunity by turning on your notifications.

2. Documents and bank account details

  • At the top left of the home screen, click your profile picture

  • Click on the "settings" icon ⚙️

  • To add a document, click "My documents"

  • To add your IBAN, select "Bank account details" then fill in the information and save.

To add or edit your profile picture, contact our team through the Assistance.

3. Self-employed status

You can start accepting missions while you are waiting for your UTR number. As soon as you receive it, enter it into your Brigad app:

  • At the top left of the home screen, click on your profile picture

  • Click on the "settings" icon ⚙️ and then on "Self-employed status"

You need to be registered as a self-employed sole trader to use Brigad. Fill in all the information including your UTR number.

Am I VAT applicable as a sole trader?

Tick the box "I am not registered for VAT" if you are in this case. To know whether you are registered or not, please take time to read the UK's VAT guidelines.

How can I contact Brigad if I need help setting up my account?

To contact our team or access the FAQs, open the Brigad app.

  1. From the top right corner of the home screen, click on the chat bubble.

  2. Click on the question mark to read the FAQ articles

  3. Click on the pencil to contact our team and write a message

Tip: Provide as much information as possible in your message to help our team react efficiently and rapidly.

How to edit mission preferences?

You can update your preferences to specify the type of missions you wish to receive. You can do all of this from your app home screen by clicking on "Update my mission preferences".

To tailor your Brigad app to suit you best, you can edit the following:

  1. Jobs and business types. The jobs and business types already displayed in your app, are those added to your profile when you signed up.

    For each job, select the type of businesses to enable or disable the sending of mission propositions. Click "save modifications".

    To add jobs or business types, contact our team through the Assistance.

  2. Distance and travel time. Transport preferences are calculated from your address. You will receive mission propositions from businesses to which you can travel.

    • Click "Distance" to set the maximum travel distance

    • OR Click "Travel Time" and specify the maximum travel time using transportation

    • Click on "Save modifications"

  3. Hours. Select one of the following 3 options:

    • "At any time": receive all mission propositions

    • "In the daytime": receive missions that take place between 06h00 in the morning and midnight

    • "At night": receive missions that finish after midnight or start before 6h00 in the morning

  4. Vehicle and Licence. Some missions require a driver's license as well as a vehicle. You may select and edit the following:

    • "Driving licence": state whether or not you have a driver's license

    • "Vehicle": state whether or not you have a vehicle
